Golden Smoothie

• 1 apple
• 1 cm of peeled ginger
• 1 tablespoon of oat flakes
• 250 ml coconut milk
• A pinch of turmeric
• A pinch of cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon macadamia puree
• 1 stick Omega Parantaga

Put all the ingredients except the Omega in a blender. Blend.
Add Parantaga Omega to ready smoothie and consume immediately.

For a Snack:
Oat Bran and Chia Porridge

• 2 tablespoons of oat bran
• 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
• 3 cups of plant-based milk (almond, oat, or coconut)
• 10 almonds or pistachios
• 1 square of dark chocolate
• 1 portion of seasonal fruit (such as berries, apricots, or nectarines)
• 1 stick of Omega Parantaga

Pour the 3 cups of plant-based milk into a pot and add the oat bran and chia seeds.

Heat on low, stirring occasionally. If the mixture becomes too thick, add a little more milk.

Remove from heat and stir in the Omega Parantaga stick.

Top with almonds or pistachios, a square of dark chocolate, and your choice of seasonal fruit, like cherries or raspberries.

Pre-workout:

Pre-Workout Smoothie About 2 Hours Before Exercise:

• 1 tablespoon of oat flakes
• 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
• 10 raspberries
• 1/2 a banana
• 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
• 250 ml of plant-based milk (oat, almond, coconut, rice)
• 1 stick of Parantaga Omega

Blend all the ingredients together, except for the liquid Omegas. Add the liquid Omegas just before you're ready to drink up.
