The Parantaga Club

The Parantaga Club is a loyalty program set up by Parantaga to reward your loyalty! Each order you place or action you take earns you points (1€ spent = 1 point). You can then trade your points for discount vouchers and enjoy lots of exclusive advantages!

You will find all the details by clicking on the tab "Rewards" at the bottom right of the page of our site (or the icon if you are on mobile). Log in with the same email address you use for your Parantaga account.

Click on the "Rewards" tab at the bottom right of our website (or the icon if you are on a mobile phone). Log in with the same email address used for your Parantaga account. You will be able to check your points balance by clicking on the "My Balance" tab.

To access your account from a mobile phone, simply click on the icon at the bottom right of the screen.

In order to take advantage of your benefits, click on the "Rewards" tab at the bottom right of our website (or the icon if you are on a mobile phone). Log in with the same email address used for your Parantaga account. Then click on the "Redeem points" tab. You will see a list of available benefits corresponding to your accumulated points.

When you redeem your points for a discount or a free product, you will receive a code to use in the shopping cart at checkout. This code cannot be combined with any other code or promotion in progress. The offer will not be renewed if a subscription is activated at the time of purchase with your loyalty benefit code.

To benefit from additional points, you can perform the following actions by clicking on "Rewards" at the bottom right of your screen (or the icon if you are on a mobile phone):

Join the program and create an account = 15 points
Subscribe to the newsletter = 15 points
Refer a friend = 100 points
Subscribe to the Parantaga account on Instagram = 15 points
Like the Parantaga page on Facebook = 15 points
Subscribe to the Parantaga account on TikTok = 15 points
Subscribe on Youtube to the Parantaga account = 15 points
Is it your birthday? We offer you 15 points!

Warning: for your points to be taken into account, the actions must be done via the loyalty program application by clicking on the tab "Rewards" at the bottom right of the screen (or the icon if you are on a mobile phone).

When you have earned less than 150 points, you are at the "Renaissance" level and 1€ spent = 1 point.

Between 150 and 300 points, you are at the "Revitalization" level and 1€ spent = 1,5 points.

From 300 points onwards, you are at the "Regeneration" level and your points are now doubled!

If in the meantime you exchange your points for an advantage, you will continue to advance in the levels. Levels are reached based on points earned and not on the current balance :)

When you create your account you automatically access the Renaissance level. When you reach 150 points you will move to the Revitalization level. When you reach 300 points you will move to the Regeneration level! The more you order, the more you are rewarded!

Yes, your points are valid for 1 year. To keep your points active, take advantage of a benefit or place a new order. The expiration date will be extended by one year from the date of your last activity (purchase or redemption of your points).

No, you indefinitely continue to earn points as you place orders on parantaga.com! The more you accumulate, the more you are rewarded! Be careful, there is however an expiration date. Your points are valid for 1 year.

Points are awarded directly after the action is completed. In the case of the birthday, you will receive the points on your birthday. If you fill in the date on your birthday, the points will be awarded on your next birthday.Points for referral are awarded when the referred person creates their account and places their first order using the shared link.

In the case of a cancellation or return of an order and a refund, the points are cancelled.
